  • Where are you located?
Our physical address is 4112 Bell Lane, Pea Ridge, FL 32571. Countryside Ceramics is located in a residential area, and is operated out of my home. We have an outside building for the studio and our attached garage is the workshop area. We primarily work out of the workshop on most days.
  • Do you sell ceramic or pottery supplies?
Yes. We primarily carry Mayco products in stock. We are able to order Duncan and Doc Holliday products when need arises. We sell paints, brushes, stamps, wheels, clay, and a great majority of your ceramic or pottery needs.
  • Do you sell greenware or bisque?
Yes. We sell both. We keep a limited supply of greenware in stock, however, we will pour special request as ordered. Our studio has stocked shelves of a large variety of bisque available.
  • Will you ship?
Yes. We will ship bisque, but not greenware. You may order greenware for local pickup only.
  • How does your shipping process work?
Payment is not available through the website, but you may place your order through the website, or call (850-736-4112) to place your order. Once your order is received, we will send an invoice to your email. Once we have received payment, we will process your order and notify you when your order is ready for shipping. We will then email an invoice for shipping charges. Once this payment is received, we will ship your order. Usually allow 7-14 days to complete this entire process.
  • Is there sales tax on shipping items?
We only charge sales tax on items shipped within the state of Florida. If items are being shipped outside of the state of Florida, it is the customers responsibility to pay tax to their state.
  • How long does the shipping process take?
It usually takes 7-14 days for the entire process. If it takes longer, we will usually notify you of the delay.
  • Why are there two invoices?
The first invoice is only for the products you are ordering. The second invoice is for shipping cost. Shipping rates change daily, therefore, we can only give a rough estimate until we are actually able to ship items in their complete packaging.
  • Are we able to paint in your shop?
Yes. Our studio hours are currently Wednesday through Saturday, 10am-2pm. We also allow customers to purchase bisque and paints to take home with them. They may bring back their pieces when ready for second firing.
  • What is your sitting fee for painting in your shop?
There is no sitting fee. If you choose to use shop paints, add an additional $8 to your purchase, or you may purchase your own paints to complete your chosen project.
  • Do we need an appointment or reservation to paint in your shop?
No. However, we encourage appointments and reservations, so we may have an employee ready and available to assist you with your needs.
