"RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY"

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges/Replacements


If for some reason any item has been damaged during the shipping process,

we will be glad to replace/exchange the item with its equivalent.

To be eligible for replacement, we must receive a photo of damaged pieces and a photo of the packaging.

We will only replace items which are damaged during shipment.

* Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours.

 

Please provide photos of the damaged product(s) and any damage to the box(es) they arrived in.

Otherwise, if your item(s) arrive in satisfactory condition, please consider leaving a positive review.

Once your request for replacement is approved, we will initiate the replacement order and an email confirmation will be sent immediately to notify you on the status of your replacement/exchange.

You have 24 hours from receipt of item to notify us of any damage which has occurred to your items during shipping.


 

"SHIPPING POLICY"
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
This includes returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* Shipping: Due to the delicate nature of ceramic glass, we will only ship USPS priority.
We do offer combined shipping whenever possible. Feel free to contact us for more details.

* Handling Time: Please check that the expected delivery time is okay with you before you purchase.
Production will begin at the time of purchase (when payment is received) and could take up to 30 business days to complete.
